Getting to Calne, North Wiltshire

There is no access by car over the bridge next to Marden House, but, instead, turn at traffic lights between Town Hall and Lansdowne Hotel and then left to Marden House along Patford Street.

By CAR: Calne is on the A4 between Marlborough (13 miles) and Chippenham
(6 miles), south of Junctions 16 and 17 on the M4. Swindon is 16 miles away, Bath 19, Bristol 34, and London 97 miles.
By TRAIN and BUS: regular inter-city trains to Chippenham from London Paddington (70 minutes) and Bristol (30 minutes). Local bus number 55 from Chippenham railway station or bus station to Calne runs every 20 minutes (30 minutes on Sundays).

Car Parking
Our own car park at the rear has 5 bays. The town car park just across the A4 charges 50p for up to 4 hrs, and £1 for over 4 hrs, Monday to Saturday. No charge on Sundays or bank holidays.
