Booking Charges
The table below presents the charges.
We give a 5% discount for payment of the full booking charge with the confirmation of the booking, but otherwise we require 25% of the full booking charge with the confirmation of the booking. This 25% payment is not refundable.
We require a refundable damage deposit of £200 if alcohol is going to be consumed during the event, and £50 for children's parties with no alcohol. We ask our hirers kindly to clean and tidy up after themselves and leave the room in at least as good a condition as when they started. This damage deposit is thus also held against us having to employ our contract cleaners to clean and tidy up after an event.
When an enquiry is made we hold the proposed date penciled in for the enquirer for a short period, normally two weeks, but that can be adjusted as required. If during the period the date is penciled in we get another enquiry for the same date we will first attempt to contact the original enquirer to ascertain whether he/she wishes to go firm, and, if not, the date is released to the subsequent enquirer. If we cannot contact the original enquirer within 48 hours of the second enquiry, we will release the date to the second enquirer.
